WIFW SS15 DAY 3

So, Day 3 of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week rolls around. I had prepared myself all of last evening after getting home in the wee hours of the morning from the thumping FDCI Party at Shiro's, to look my freshest in Designer and Friend's latest chandheri print shirt, by Chhaya Mehrotra's show at 2:00 pm! I was definitely the privileged pal to possess one of those and completely planned my entire look around it, down to indigo shoes!!!! A rather busy start... I think I was down three meetings already when I heard "the show is about to begin" at 2:00 p.m. like a godly voice from above, booming and echoing above our stalls. Totally freaked out, I darted out of the stall and I heard the music of the show.... so I scurried towards the JugMug Stall to find the LCD to watch the show... and to our horror it just wasn't there anymore!!! Well, we missed out on a great show but will definitely make it up to Chayya soon! And then, after a plate full of my favourite spaghetti at Smoke House Deli, I was back to the stall refuelled for four more appointments, two interviews and then some more... I think I was completely exhausted mentally by 6:00 pm. After a very fruitful day indeed though I stepped out or rather sneaked out for a cuppa and literally begged my wife to take care of any other walk in from that point on.... eep!!! Around 7:00, we needed a drink I guess so Chhaya, Harit, Radhika Gupta, Ankita and Geetanjali Ranawat... all of us headed towards the FDCI Lounge only to be thrown out politely. We were told that the counter was shut for the day. Or something silly...  whew!!!! We did feel very important indeed.... Lol. Overall... A great day... Great response on another new collection and waiting for some more action tomorrow.

Good night for tonight. I plan to sleep early!!!!
I love my bed...
But I love my work more....
